Mineral water GMC belongs to the group of calcium, silicon, hydrocarbonate-magnesium thermal waters. The water temperature is 26-42ºС. It is colorless, odorless, perfectly transparent and soft. It is used for bathing, showering, intestinal and gynecological irrigation, and also for drinking. In the mineral water GMC 66 elements of Mendeleyev's table were determined. Mineral water was studied in the Scientific Research Radiological Laboratory of the Tashkent Institute for the Improvement of Doctors of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Central Laboratory of the State Medical Clinical Hospital of Tashkent, the Test Center for Medical Products at Dori Vositalarini standartlash ilmiy Markazi, and the Central Laboratory of the Institute of Geology and Mineralogy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the protocols of bacteriological, sanitary-hygienic, radiological, toxicological and parasitological studies, the water corresponds to O'zDst 950-2011 "Ichimliksuvi", SanPiN 0109-01, SanPiN 0283-10, SanPiN 0182-05.
Purposeful multi-stage water analysis and medical practice showed that GMC mineral water improves microcirculation, normalizes cardiovascular activity, normalizes blood clotting, improves immunity, has anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, calming and hypnotic effects, strengthens regeneration processes, restores metabolic disorders (very effective in the treatment of obesity), increases sexual desire. The high content of elements of calcium, magnesium and silicon in mineral water gives highly effective results in the treatment of diseases such as bronchial asthma, food allergy, insomnia and osteoporosis of the bone system.
As for the therapeutic use of mineral water, it must be emphasized that it is prescribed to patients who have no contraindications from concomitant diseases. In order to achieve positive results, treatment with mineral water should be carried out in conditions of the correct regime of the day, sleep, physical mobility, nutrition, etc. It should also be noted that treatment should be extremely complex.
